**Mainframe Panvalet and ChangeMan Specialist Overview**

The Mainframe Panvalet and ChangeMan Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless source code management, automation of software configuration tasks, and supporting development and operations teams.

This key position involves the administration of source code libraries, JCL, macros, and copybooks using Panvalet. Additionally, it encompasses the management of ChangeMan ZMF packages across various environments, including DEV, TEST, QA, and PROD.

In this capacity, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering and maintaining Panvalet libraries to optimize source code management.
  • Implementing efficient SCM tasks using REXX, CLIST, and JCL scripting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
  • Evaluating impact, troubleshooting promotion failures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key qualifications include strong technical expertise in z/OS environments, JCL, Panvalet source code libraries, and ChangeMan ZMF package management. The successful candidate will also possess experience with mainframe fundamentals, Panvalet, ChangeMan ZMF, automation, and scripting.
