Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead conversational AI projects. This role demands collaboration with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and driving project success in the contact center and insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects through stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and document functional specifications and user stories for AI-driven conversational solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure effective implementation of conversational AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for AI performance improvement.
- Evaluate and monitor conversational AI solutions' effectiveness, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on conversational AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- possess knowledge of customer service processes and best practices.
- Have proficiency in Portuguese.
- Hold experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Portfolio & Project Management.
- Bonus points for experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work model requiring 2 days a week at a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo SP.
