As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities into lead generation.

You will work closely with our sales executives to schedule meetings, provide feedback, and continuously improve strategies and processes.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving innovation, enjoys technology, and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization.

  • Responsibilities include lead qualification, prospecting lists, and mapping sales opportunities.
  • Key duties involve pitching products/services and providing consultative and personalized service to customers.
  • Accurate records of interactions with prospects must be maintained and leads nurtured through regular contacts.
  • Feedback and suggestions are required to improve the top-of-funnel process and schedule close meetings between prospects and sales executives.
  • Knowledge of prospect behavior must be shared with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
  • Spanish (desired).
  • Analytical profile to identify new business opportunities.
  • Dynamic profile with a focus on results.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Passionate about driving innovation and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve goals.
