Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our team. This individual will be responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations, as well as proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph. They will also have experience managing applications, APIs, and automation, and knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams
  • Automating processes and recommending engineering improvements
  • Monitoring alerts, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions
  • Working with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams
  • Testing new features and implementing changes securely
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph
  • Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation
  • Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement
  • Fluent in English
