Job Summary
Nov Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team in Macae. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and directing classroom training, electronic learning, and other instructional technologies to support the development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, and other instructional technologies to support the development of our employees.
- Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agendas.
- Determine and develop course content and training material according to objectives.
- Determine overall effectiveness of instructional courses and make improvements as needed.
- Engage with colleagues around the world to align and coordinate work activities across time zones.
- Maintain a safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
Requirements
- High School GED.
- Preferred Siemens Software-PLC experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in an applicable field or similar role.
- Experience drafting documents, organizing content, proofreading, and editing copy, including procedures and SME-provided materials.

- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team as required.
