Overview

This role is based in Brazil with coverage of the Americas, Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful candidate will bring a background in forensic investigations (including interviewing and digital review) with experience in anti-fraud, bribery and corruption risks, financial crime, supply chain risk, cultural risks, whistleblowing, control environments and investigation records management.

Job Description
  • Investigate reports of non-compliance generated in respect of Americas, Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa regions.
  • Conduct thorough and prompt investigations of breaches of codes of conduct and external laws applicable to agencies in the region.
  • Support senior counsel in ensuring issues are thoroughly investigated and remediated.
  • Report areas of concern and root causes; contribute findings to reporting, remediation and business integrity programmes.
  • Collaborate with other regional departments to achieve role objectives.
Requirements
  • Significant forensic investigative experience preferably with expertise in financial crimes.
  • Demonstrated ability to interview subject-matter experts.
  • Experience in using e-discovery systems and creating targeted digital review structures to analyze large data volumes.
  • Ability to leverage advanced AI and machine learning tools for efficient analysis of digital evidence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver results in commercial settings.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and solve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of evidence handling procedures and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
