Job Title: ERP Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of ERP systems and manage change across the IT ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute a unified strategy for change management.
  • Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
  • Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.
  • Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coach leaders and influencers to serve as change agents and culture champions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
  • Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
