The Ad Optimization Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving publisher success, combining technical expertise in ad configuration and optimization with exceptional client relationships and communication skills. This dynamic position ensures seamless integration of technical solutions with client satisfaction, driving revenue growth for both MonetizeMore and its publishers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Configuration, Optimization & Strategy:
- Collaborate with publishers to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Analyze ad performance data to optimize current setups and propose changes to increase revenue.
- Assess and implement header bidding solutions to maximize publisher benefits.
- Ad Stack & Header Bidding Management:
- Work closely with the Ad Demand Team to configure, test, and manage the entire ad stack in Google Ad Manager.
- Ad Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring:
- Perform daily ad quality checks to ensure all placements are filled and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborative Problem Solving & Tech Evaluation:
- Collaborate with Engineers and other teams to troubleshoot setup concerns and explore new ad tech developments.
- Demand Stack Audit & Google Policy Compliance:
- Audit demand stack partners to ensure accurate impression tracking and monitor publisher sites for compliance with Google's policies.
- Reporting, Analysis & Performance Review:
- Generate and analyze monthly and annual reports to provide insights and trend analysis.
- Client-Centric Approach & Ambassadorship:
- Prioritize publisher goals and act as a dedicated ambassador for MonetizeMore tools.
- Effective Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with publishers throughout the onboarding process.
- Performance Targets & Compliance:
- Achieve internal KPI benchmarks and external revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms like Google Ad Manager.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and finding effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in setting up campaigns, implementing ad tags, or managing publisher configurations.
- Communication Skills: Clarity in conveying technical details, results, and strategies to stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Knowledge of Ad Metrics: Understanding of key ad metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, RPM, and ad yield optimization strategies.

- Sales Acumen: Skills to pitch ad solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
