Job Title: Cyber Governance & Compliance Junior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior analyst to join our growing security team. As a cyber governance & compliance junior analyst, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing compliance tools, responding to customer security questionnaires, and supporting ongoing initiatives to maintain and improve our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in maintaining team compliance.
  • Manage our Drata instance alongside the Cybersecurity Lead.
  • Respond to information security and cybersecurity questionnaires from clients.
  • Assist in preparation for upcoming audits, including ISO 27001 and SOC2.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, evidence libraries, and support security operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security policies, training, and device compliance are up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and compliance concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable learning and using compliance tools such as Drata.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Proactive attitude, willing to ask questions and learn on the job.
