Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the approval process of partnerships and coordinate the implementation of activities with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective results.
  • Negotiate and manage barter media deals with promo agencies, delivering high-quality materials and driving business growth.
  • Service materials to agencies and partners, ensuring the development of creative and engaging promo activities that meet our brand standards.
  • Approve screening plans for our movies with our headquarters, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategy.
  • Organize and execute premieres and special events with vendors and exhibitors, creating memorable experiences for our audience.
  • Coordinate the order and distribution of promo items with the marketing team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Handle legal work related to promotions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Manage SAP duties for the promo department, including invoice chasing with vendors and controlling purchase orders.

Requirements:

We are looking for professionals with a background in Marketing, Publicity, or Communications who are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in related fields or industries is a plus, and academic-level experience in audiovisual production and event coordination is highly valued.
