Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to be based in our Sao Paulo office. This role is responsible for managing Adyen's Prudential and Statistical reporting in LATAM.

This position reports directly to the Global Head of Reporting, part of our Group Finance Function.

We submit Prudential and Statistical data to national regulators worldwide, including the Dutch Central Bank, the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England.

You will play a key role in overseeing Adyen's regulatory reporting requirements in Brazil and Mexico, building a connection between our Group Finance and Risk functions and the Banco Central do Brasil and Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores.

As Adyen has obtained a Payments Institution's license in Brazil and acquirer registration in Mexico, this presents a unique opportunity to establish the Brazilian regulatory reporting function.

You will optimize reporting processes with scalability and automation in mind, taking Adyen's regulatory reporting function in LATAM to the next level.

  • Establish the Brazilian and Mexican regulatory reporting framework
  • Lead regulatory reporting projects, including scoping and implementation of regulatory changes
  • Report directly to the Global Head of Reporting
  • Strengthen the connection between the business and Group Finance / Reporting, supporting our global strategy through our regulatory strategy
  • Translate the impact of complex transactions and roll out of new products into financial and regulatory reporting for LATAM and the Adyen Group
  • Oversight of the LATAM reporting requirement overview, ensuring alignment and timely implementation and delivery with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of workload in line with reporting requirements and project timelines
  • Promotion of simplification, standardization and automation of regulatory reporting, while supporting the team in preparing regulatory reports such as recurring reports on capital and liquidity requirements, as well as statistical reports
