Job Overview

As a Service Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. This role involves managing client communication and inquiries effectively.

  • Manage client communication and applicant inquiries to ensure timely and quality responses.
  • Troubleshoot platform features and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Document feedback, track, and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, offer guidance, and communicate effectively with companies and job seekers.
  • Platform Management: Monitor bug/support requests, refresh featured job listings, and reorder them on the site and LinkedIn.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Track and share client/applicant feedback to enhance platform features.
  • Prior to Platform Launch: Manage incoming 'Post a Job' submissions, gather missing information, confirm postings, collect, and review CVs.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and independent in their approach to work.

This role requires collaboration with other team members to ensure timely and quality output. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.
