About This Role

We're seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a senior finance manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financially sound decision-making for the enterprise.

Job Summary

You will be part of the group financial department, working closely with a dynamic team to provide strategic financial insights and collaborate with other business units and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and operational planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial expertise and decision support to the market management team, utilizing data and analytics from FP&A resources.
  • Drive key decisions on sales channels, ROI assessments, market share investments, and financing solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Oversee and manage the business market combination (BMC) and performance cockpit, ensuring the delivery of business and financial plans.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, including sales, pricing, margins, credit management, and operational costs.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within finance and a strong understanding of business performance metrics and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in business economics, finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
