">Senior Vehicle Integration Project Manager","About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Integration Project Manager to lead our product development projects in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing cross-functional delivery of projects related to product development, from pre-study phase to start-of-production.","Key Responsibilities

  • Secure good cross-functional delivery of projects (JIRA Epics) related to Product Development;
  • Partly lead projects and oversee the Heavy Duty Vehicle product portfolio for Latin America;
  • Lead pre-studies and secure deliveries in early phases, including feasibility studies and concept preparation;
  • Align product owners and solution providers;
  • Define and agree acceptance criteria with key stakeholders;
  • Secure cross-functional development maturity progress alignment;
  • Get ready for decisions and confirmation of Start of Production dates;

In late phases, you will lead final development of Projects/Epics/solutions and work in close cooperation with Chief Project Managers to secure industrialization.

","Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Education degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Production / Industrial);
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • PMP certification is a plus;
  • Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
  • Understanding of stakeholder management at different levels;
  • Result-oriented approach and strive for improvements in ways of working.
