Senior PSD Liaison

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Psd Assistant. This role involves supporting PSD activities in the location and working closely with operators, GM Workforce Coordinator, and PSD Manager.

• Support PSD activities in the location, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Assign operators to jobs based on their competency and development plans, promoting efficient workflow and skill development.
• Track job start and end dates in planning systems, facilitating scheduling, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Enter data into planning systems related to personnel, initiate notifications, and ensure accurate records.
• Review operator availability, work with GM Workforce Coordinator to cover imbalances, and provide support for field employee travel.
• Collaborate with PSD Manager to maintain an effective work schedule and balance of days off, vacation, and rig days.
