Job Overview

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring that financial planning and reporting are accurate and timely.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, including analysis of variance and forecasts;
  • Collaboration with operations teams to develop and implement budget plans and projections;
  • Ensuring the availability of relevant information to managers and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making;
  • Month-end closing tasks, including accounting reconciliations and consolidations;
  • Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and preventive actions.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree completed;
  • Proven experience in financial planning and control;
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
