Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead testing execution activities and participate in review meetings.
  • Identify and escalate QA issues; guide others on the correct processes.
  • Create test matrices and automated scripts under supervision, translating business needs into testing deliverables.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication skills in English - required for daily interaction with international teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
