The position of Kitchen Attendant is available at Accor Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. They will also ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.

Additional Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers, assist in the preparation of food as directed by senior chefs, and maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers. They will also assist with the receiving and storing of stock.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be service-oriented with an eye for detail, able to work independently with demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment. They will be self-motivated and energetic, and flexible to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
