Umbraco Specialist

As a seasoned Umbraco expert, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the team's proficiency and capabilities.

• Drive consultation, training, and knowledge transfer on Umbraco to ensure seamless adoption and integration.
• Collaborate as a technical advisor in planning platform development, steering strategic architecture evolution and innovation.
• Support the team with Umbraco tasks such as templates, content models, and components, fostering exceptional user experiences.
• Contribute to the selection of optimal technical solutions, balancing maintenance costs and scalability for long-term success.
• Partner with SEO and marketing teams to enhance content accessibility and optimization, driving business growth.
• Document best practices and CMS structure in Confluence, facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Umbraco CMS, coupled with at least 5 years of experience as a developer, architect, or consultant.
• Previous work with .NET, HTML/CSS/JS technologies, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
• Experience in corporate projects, particularly those involving regulated content or image-intensive sites, is highly valued.
• Excellent command of English (communicative level minimum B2) is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Flexibility in scheduling, with part-time availability from 9am-5pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
