Lead Commercial Growth in Brazil

Impact Talent is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to drive growth and success in our Brazil operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Lead and manage Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives
  • Travel to meet customers, develop business relationships, and support Sales Team
  • Establish and implement standard operating procedures for Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Prepare and analyze monthly marketing reports and cargo statistics
  • Monitor and drive performance improvements

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in trade or sales and marketing in container/liner shipping
  • Previous experience as a Head of Commercial, Sales Director, Business Development Director, or Sales General Manager is preferred
  • A strong track record of growing market share and increasing revenue is essential
  • General management experience and P/L exposure is advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of equipment management, port, and terminal operations
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English
