Team Overview:

The service and support team is dedicated to providing ongoing technological assistance to SAP clients. They ensure customer satisfaction, address product performance and maintenance concerns, and facilitate communication between customers and technical support worldwide.

Role Overview:

Position: SAP iXp Intern - Critical Incident Management

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a globally accessible escalation point for customer incidents.
  • Assist consultants in resolving issues effectively and maintaining internal communication.
  • Identify and address process gaps to ensure reliable handling of critical incidents.
  • Maintain visibility for customers and internal stakeholders regarding action plans for incident resolution.
  • Provide insights for future process enhancements.
  • Contribute to internal projects based on organizational needs.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who are proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. You should be passionate about engaging in innovative projects and committed to lifelong learning.

  • Proficient communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Undergraduate students in technology, business, or related fields are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of a business or technology area.
  • Familiarity with IT and standard software applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of business processes is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable to team dynamics and various work environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
