Our team is scaling a global SaaS platform to simplify complex business processes with automation and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for our BPM platform.
  • The ideal candidate will create secure REST APIs using industry best practices.
  • This role requires expertise in working with MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey, and optimizing services on AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront).
  • Implementing observability features using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo is also required.
  • Collaboration with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions is essential.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development is necessary.
  • The successful candidate should have strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and/or Node.js (TypeScript).
  • Cloud-native development expertise on AWS is a requirement.
  • Proficiency in Docker & containerization is also expected.
  • A security-first mindset is crucial.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
Nice to Have:
  • SaaS multi-tenant experience would be beneficial.
  • BPMN knowledge would be advantageous.
  • React/Next.js exposure would be desirable.
