As a Freight Cost Management Leader at 4flow, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of freight cost specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize freight costs and improve process efficiency.
- Guarantee the invoice checking and self-billing process to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Communicate regularly with customers and carriers regarding the freight cost status.
- Manage the carriers' process compliance.
- Monitor process performance and freight costs.
- Analyze process metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in economics, finance, or a related field of study with professional experience and strong knowledge on freight cost management or controlling.
- Professional experience in invoice checking and billing processes as well as more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team.
- A results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation.
- Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in English (French or Spanish would be beneficial) and advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems.
- A structured approach to solution design and good sense of urgency.
- You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment.
