Job Title:
Senior Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our online platform by planning, executing, and managing testing activities.
About the Role:
- This position plays a critical part in guaranteeing the reliability and stability of our online gambling platform through thorough testing and analysis.
- You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop test plans and cases, and execute testing activities to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all application features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements, identify defects, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain and improve existing test environments, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance of test tools and software.
- Perform defect management, including reporting, tracking, and closure of identified issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of database operations and SQL queries.
- Understanding of online gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
