As a Pricing Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in evaluating and optimizing provider compensation strategies.

This role involves developing analytical solutions, overseeing data analysis projects, building tools, and providing actionable insights to enhance network efficiency and member satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise changes to PPO Fee Schedule and provider compensation by market - increases, discounts, and impact on dental rates.
  • Manage rental access fee payments to partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance tools used by the pricing and network teams to assist with retention and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for network improvement and cost reduction.

This position supports the strategic objective of increasing customer access to providers while maintaining a competitive effective network discount.

You will work in a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home, enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in data and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and/or VBA. Other programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead direct reports.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
