Senior Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned data migration expert with expertise in commercial and procurement functions, specifically S4/HANA, to lead our team's end-to-end data migration activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies from preparation to final production data loads.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in commercial and procurement to ensure seamless transitions during value mapping, dual maintenance, and cutover execution.
- Drive continuous improvements by analyzing results and implementing defect resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and alignment with operational needs throughout global deployments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in large-scale data migration and deployment projects within SAP (S4/HANA)
- Strong understanding of commercial and procurement processes and their impact on data governance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data structure defects
- Experience supporting mock runs, dual maintenance, and hypercare phases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical progress in terms of business outcomes
