Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, acting as a consultative leader within projects, and driving improvement solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with stakeholders and teams across the continent or globally.
- Develop strategic plans for new sites and update existing site designs in line with company standards.
- Monitor and execute project deliveries within established deadlines and costs.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Advanced English skills (Fluent desirable) - Reading, Writing, and Conversation.
- Complete degree in IT or related fields.
- Minimum certification - CCNP-RS or CCNP Enterprise.
- Advanced knowledge of routing and switching, wireless technologies (WLC, APs, RF), and TCP/IP.
- Strong communication and engagement skills to help define/align IT strategy with business objectives.
