Job Title: Investment Associate

BDev Ventures invests in B2B software companies across various industries, from Seed to Series B stages. We focus on startups with significant growth potential and annual recurring revenue (ARR) between $300K and $600K.

The Investment Associate will join a team of startup investors focused on sourcing, developing relationships, and investing in top startups in LATAM.

• Source startups that align with our investment criteria.
• Develop initial relationships with startups and work with leadership to pursue investment opportunities.
• Represent the organization in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand.
• Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, experience in sales or business development, and a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.
