About the Role: We are in search of a meticulous and experienced Infrastructure Solutions Product Owner to take charge of pivotal infrastructure initiatives. This role involves overseeing critical projects such as network segmentation, Active Directory restructuring, and Data Center transitions. You will guide an agile team through weekly sprints, facilitate scrum meetings, and manage Kanban boards effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage essential infrastructure initiatives including network segmentation, Active Directory restructuring, and Data Center transitions.
- Agile Facilitation: Conduct and oversee agile sprints on a weekly basis, managing scrum meetings and maintaining Kanban boards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Effective Communication: Deliver clear and concise updates and reports on project status. Create comprehensive materials for executive briefings that require minimal revisions.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity, particularly in infrastructure-related projects.
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of network segmentation, Active Directory, and Data Center operations.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience in leading agile teams, managing sprints, and utilizing Kanban boards.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality update materials for executive stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project success.
