Overview

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee creative direction for acquisition marketing. This role focuses on AI-powered creative direction for paid media assets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of designers focused on paid ad creative, providing creative direction and career support through regular 1:1s and project reviews.
  • Partner with performance marketers and strategists to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Lead concept development and execution for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Qualifications
  • Senior-level design experience with at least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Experience designing ad creatives for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing performance-focused ad creative, including static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video.
  • Knowledge of how to incorporate AI software into workflows to increase efficiencies and output.
