Telecommunications Network Architect

Job Title: Blue Planet Solutions Architect

You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions with our Delivery Architect and Project team.

• Develop innovative network architectures for telecommunications and networking technologies.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
• Implement project solutions using Java, Spring, Neo4J, JSON, REST, JUnit, Angular, and Drools.
• Optimize database queries and procedures for Neo4J and SQL.
• Write and support configuration management scripts for our CI/CD processes.
• Create device and service models for various telecommunication technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and Blue Planet products.
• Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and integrate it into our deployment pipeline.

• Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, REST, JSON, and Angular 2+.
• In-depth understanding of telecommunications technology backgrounds, including SONET, HFC, Wireless, DWDM, Ethernet, and 5G.
• Experience in implementing enterprise-level software solutions for mission-critical OSS systems.
• Background in working on fast-paced projects within vendor Professional Service organizations.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

• Proficiency in backend testing frameworks/libraries, such as JUnit, SoapUI, Postman, and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of frontend development frameworks/libraries, including Angular 2+, React, Node.js/npm, D3.js, and gulp.
• Familiarity with other skills, including AWS Cloud, CI/CD, ElasticSearch, Drools, Kafka integration, REST (on Spring MVC), SSO (LDAP, Reverse Proxy, OAuth2), Camunda / BPMN / OSM / Workflow, and programming theory.
