Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator/project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles and possess strong project management and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects and priorities for the CEO who works closely with the COO.
  • Prepare project status updates and materials for daily communication between the CEO and COO.
  • Manage the CEO's project timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Owning the CEO's calendar coordination using systematic scheduling frameworks.
  • Anticipate project needs for the CEO before meetings and important calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills.
  • Experience managing marketing and sales projects.
  • Self-starter mindset: You identify and initiate valuable projects when capacity allows.
  • Proactive coordination: You anticipate project needs rather than wait to be told.
  • Systems-oriented: You create project workflows that ensure nothing is missed.
