Internship Opportunity: SAP Ariba iXp

As an SAP Ariba iXp Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve customer reported issues by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters.
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Create knowledge documentation and share it with the team.
  • Collaborate with other support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to development for timely resolution.
  • Provide consulting services to customers on procedural issues and queries.
Requirements:
