Maintenance Director

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure quality and timely completion of all maintenance conducted by your team
* Adhere to company's QHSE policies and procedures on sites
* Plan and manage resources, including tools, manpower, and spare parts
* Forecast service material consumption and request timely replenishment
* Conduct HSE and operational audits
* Regularly report to the Plant Manager on maintenance KPIs
* Deliver project margins and financial goals through optimal resource utilization
* Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with recommended principles
* Review and submit failure reports, follow up on warranty claims, and conduct inductions and performance appraisals for direct reports

Requirements:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Ability to withstand pressure and lead a team effectively
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Analytical thinking with attention to detail in complex engineering scenarios
* Good interpersonal and personnel development skills
