We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable Java applications.
As a senior developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex Java applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You will participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle, collaborating with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement complex Java applications, focusing on high performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead the development team in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
- Recommend and promote IT industry standards, tools, and practices to achieve well-engineered software products.
- Propose improvements and escalate risks/issues related to development activities.
- Participate in the review of work done by development team members.
- Learn and apply new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
- Participate in internal and external tech communities, events, etc.
- Share experience and knowledge gained from projects.
- At least 6 years of experience in Java Development.
- Strong understanding of different common programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, etc.).
- Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles.
- Proficient in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Practical experience in platform-specific database systems (Cassandra and PostgreSQL).
- Good understanding of version control systems like Git or similar.
- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN).
- CI/CD / deployment tools and experience with OpenShift, Jenkins, Blue Green, Microservices.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced English Level mandatory.
