Job Title: Sales Consultant

This role is perfect for individuals who want to start a career in sales. As a sales consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs and offering personalized solutions.

The ideal candidate has a consultative and goal-oriented sales profile, proactive in social, emotional, and financial aspects. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

In addition to building strong interpersonal relationships, you will also be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong management and communication skills; prior experience in real estate is not mandatory
  • Organized and resilient professional
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Resilience, dedication, continuous learning, result-oriented, and proactive
