Node Backend Expert

We're looking for an experienced backend expert to join our team and contribute to the development of distributed systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and architect backend systems adhering to best practices.
- Implement features efficiently, focusing on user experience.
- Work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, extend, and implement APIs.
- Evaluate and improve engineering quality through code reviews and analytics.
- Create automation scripts and tools for efficiency.
- Establish processes for product launches and releases.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical interviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Node.js.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and software design patterns.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and agile methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Excellent English communication skills.
