High-Performance Polarion Developer Wanted

Our organization seeks a skilled software engineer with expertise in Polarion to contribute to the development of high-performance applications across the full SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement scalable, testable, and secure software systems using Polarion for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Work hands-on with modern development standards to architect systems that meet security and compliance requirements.
- 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, Java, or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability).
- Understanding of ALM–PLM integration, system architectures, and non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
- Opportunity to improve development processes, tools, and code quality with a focus on security and compliance.
- Chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate) is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
