We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Data Analytics Engineer Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our Data and Analytics organization, you will be responsible for leading data and analytics initiatives within the Snowflake environment and other advanced data platforms.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Data and Analytics Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives within the Snowflake environment and other advanced data platforms, collaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Strategic Product Backlog Management: Manage the Data and Analytics product backlog with precision, ensuring that each item aligns with our long-term vision and immediate business needs.
- Release Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain release plans for data and analytics enhancements, incorporating financial costs and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate resources across various departments for meticulous planning and execution of product backlog items.
- Cultural and Team Development: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Data and Analytics team.
- Technical Expertise: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in tailoring, configuring, and crafting solutions within the Snowflake environment.
- Leadership and Management: 7+ years of experience leading large, remote, global IT teams.
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in leveraging AI and ML for predictive analytics, cloud data architecture design, and prototyping.
