Recruitment Manager

**About the Role**
As a Recruiter for Verticalrh, you will be responsible for managing and driving the full recruitment cycle for various business groups across Logistics, Warehouse, and Production in Latin America. Your goal will be to find and hire the best talent for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors to drive progress and evaluate performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in China and regional teams to participate in HR projects and cooperate with cross-border teams.
- Create a corporate culture construction plan and collaborate with relevant departments to implement it.
**Requirements**
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring roles across Logistics, Warehouse, and Production, with a plus for experience working in e-commerce/retail/fashion companies.
- Experience in enhancing corporate culture.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism and friendliness.
- Passionate about approaching new things, building teams, and keeping patient in doing shaping.
- Having an active and data-driven mindset, with a growth mindset to learn quickly and be flexible in fluid and changing circumstances.
