Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, on-time delivery performance, cost control, and budgeting/forecast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for all manufacturing personnel, processes, and productivity initiatives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery using approaches like 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Drive and coordinate safety initiatives across all areas of manufacturing.
  • Ensure effective management of work centers, processes, and personnel involved in manufacturing Connectors.
  • Identify and manage key cost drivers within the manufacturing process to meet business objectives.
  • Develop solutions to meet production plans in support of Company objectives.
  • Promote efficient use of materials, machines, and employees while maximizing process flexibility through cross-training.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize costs, and increase labor and material utilization. Eliminate waste and develop cost reductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
