About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of cloud-based projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud-related matters, ensuring successful landscape transition into SAP RISE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard customers into the cloud, leveraging your expertise in IT project management and cloud solutions.
  • Manage the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in the ECS Private Cloud, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project execution and customer experience.
  • Actively manage project escalations, providing effective solutions and communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing/running landscape provisioning, installation, migration, and upgrades.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent de-escalation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, combined with technical expertise in cloud solutions and IT project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (advanced), with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish (desirable).
