Key Financial Roles

At the forefront of our organization, we require a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee our financial operations. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts, creating financial models to support business decisions, and performing profitability analysis by product line and business segment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in accordance with organizational goals
  • Create comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth

Financial Analysis:

  • Perform detailed profitability analysis by product line and business segment to inform key decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through thorough financial examination

Accounting Oversight:

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records and statements
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure seamless transition

Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain operational liquidity
  • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements to secure favorable terms

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards to track financial performance

Cost Control:

  • Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to reduce expenditures
  • Review departmental spending and provide recommendations for optimization

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets
  • Implement internal controls to protect against unauthorized transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management roles with proven track record
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
