Rotational Development Program

The Rotational Development Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to equip high-performing individuals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in Human Resources. Participants will undergo a structured training program, encompassing four rotations in various HR areas:

  • People & Culture Services: Driving operational excellence through strategic workforce management.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Ensuring fair people relations management and addressing workplace concerns.
  • Organizational Growth & Health: Fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Total Rewards: Attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent through innovative rewards strategies.
  • Leadership Excellence: Unlocking individual and organizational potential through effective leadership practices.

Throughout the program, participants will work closely with experienced HR professionals, receive coaching and mentoring, and participate in projects that contribute to our people strategy.

Requirements
  • Recent graduates or young professionals with up to 3 years of working experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with HR focus, Psychology, or related fields of study.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.

This position requires applicants to start and complete the program within a specified timeframe.
