In this exciting position as a Salesforce Consultant at IBM, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a trusted business advisor, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement creative solutions using Salesforce CRM Applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development teams to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
- Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges and address them with solution architecture.
- Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Assists clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.
- Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions.
- Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SFDC CRM experience to lead business/functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
- Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understand client's business pain points and offer solutions to address leveraging platform/offering.
- Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
- Familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, change management, and training methods.
