Job Overview

• An Apprentice is responsible for assisting in the delivery of an excellent Guest and Member experience while contributing to high levels of customer service.

The Apprenticeship Academy includes one of five 12-month Apprenticeships across a range of hospitality job roles and will help you gain the skills and knowledge to work in one of the following areas: Kitchen, Front of House, Food and Beverage, Exercise and Fitness or Multi-Skilled Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apoiar na administração do sistema de ponto eletrônico;
• Apoiar na administração de exames médicos e periódicos;
• Receber documentação de novos membros de equipe e fazer o processo admissional conforme checklist;
• Atualizar murais internos e mídias sociais internas;
• Conferir documentação e registros de novos empregados e recebe-los no primeiro dia para assinatura de contrato e passar informações adicionais e políticas da empresa;
• Apoiar na conferencia de rescisões, férias;
• Realizar o arquivo e organização das informações de membros de equipe e documentos de recursos humanos físicos e digitais;
• Apoiar na organização de eventos internos;
• Entregar documentos nas áreas;
