Experienced Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team's workstreams in delivering exceptional vendor experiences. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for enforcing our vendor experience priority and ensuring we deliver the right set of services for our vendors.
You will work closely with our AVS Team Leads, Head of Vendor Managers, Instock Managers, Vendor Experience Central Team, and other key Retail stakeholders to understand vendors' needs and expectations. You will also contribute to continuous enhancements and innovation within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership
- Experience developing and implementing processes, project management methodologies, and scheduling frameworks
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments
- Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Bachelor's degree
