Job Title:

Nurse Educator - Hemodialysis Training

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in the role of Hemodialysis Training. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new employees and healthcare professionals in hemodialysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Education:
  • Ensure that all training programs meet Diaverum's educational standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective training sessions for new employees and healthcare professionals in hemodialysis.
  • Evaluation and Quality Assurance:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Director to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including chief nurses and clinical trainers.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in hemodialysis education and training.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing with specialization in Hemodialysis.
  • At least four years of experience in Hemodialysis and two years of experience in nursing training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
