Job Title: Painter Specialist

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 6 months of work experience as a painter. A certificate of completion of elementary school or a qualification course in civil construction is highly preferred.

We are seeking an individual with knowledge and specialization in wall and ceiling preparation with PVA or acrylic putty, painting with latex PVA, acrylic, enamel, and oil paints, epoxy painting, as well as floor marking and painting.

Responsibilities include performing painting services with surface preparation skills, calculating material quantities, performing polishing and touch-ups, preparing and painting surfaces such as masonry, ceilings, wood, iron, and drywall.

An added value of this role includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and support for other maintenance activities as requested.
