Job DescriptionCloud Transformation Manager (External)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Transformation Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among our largest and fastest-growing customers.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and global services teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer-specific plans for cloud adoption, including infrastructure migration, application modernization, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance on AWS services, architecture, and best practices to ensure successful cloud deployments.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze customer performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale IT deployment or program management, with a strong background in cloud computing.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture, including security, compliance, and data analytics.
